He was traded in exchange for defender Victor Cabrera and $100,00 in General Allocation Money. The Dynamo will retain a portion of Quioto’s sell on right if he should be transferred to a club outside of the MLS. The 28-year-old left winger who holds a green card spent the last three seasons in Houston, after being transferred from the powerhouse team in his country; Olimpia. He has scored 15 goals, assisted 17 times in 72 regular season games. During 2018 he had his best season scoring six goals, and a record of 12 assists in over 32 games. He struggled on and off the field this year. His contract is up at the end of the 2019 season, but has an option for the 2020 one. The Impact has until 1 P.M on Thursday to exercise his contract. According to the MLS Players Union, his contract was worth $556,501.41 annually.
